Following their acquisition by JSR Corporation, Crown Bioscience asked us to create a series of workshops to help shape internal culture and foster communication and collaboration between departments and functions.
Together with the executive team we identified 4 themes that would be developed over the course of four workshops: Core Values and Behaviours, Customer Experience, Innovation and Disruption, and Employer Value Proposition.
The idea was to take all the company leaders through a very tailored experience that would get them working together on relevant themes for the company.
